RBT/BT Position

RBT/BT is the entry-level clinical role on our team. They work under a BCBA and clinical supervisor to implement therapy programs.

Provide 1:1 instruction to clients using techniques from the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Travel to clients’ home and/or school locations to provide services.
Collect session data and complete session summary notes.

BCBA Position

This position requires the following prior to providing any services:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst
CPR & BLS Certifications/Re-certifications
Pass Federal, State, and County background check
All staff must have evidence of on-going training for staff to support competency (initial training as well as annual training).

Respite Worker Position

Respite Worker Job Description

This position requires the following prior to providing any services:

Experience working with children (special needs experience preferred)
Ability to provide safe, supportive care in the home setting
Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) (e.g., toileting, hygiene, dressing, meals)
Current CPR & First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
Pass Federal, State, and County background checks
Maintain professionalism and follow family and clinical guidelines
